Vice Presidency to President

George Herbert Walker Bush was born June 12, 1924 in Massachusetts. He is a retired American politician which served as the 41st. President of the United States. Before his presidency in (1989-1993), he held several political positions, one including being the Vice President of the United States of America under President Ronald Reagan (1981-1989). Bush became involved in politics soon after founding his own oil company, he was serving as a member of the House of Representatives.
In 1988, George H. W. Bush launched a successful campaign to succeed Ronald Reagan as President of the United States where he defeating Michael Dukakis. Foreign policy was the top of Bush's drive which drove his presidency. Some of the operations that were conducted were in Panama and the Persian Gulf. During his first 2 years the Berlin Wall fell and the Soviet Union dissolved. In the wake of some economic concerns, Bush lost the 1992 election to Bill Clinton. George H. W. Bush is the father of George W. Bush, current president, and Jeb Bush, former Governor of Florida.

George W. Bush is the 43rd president of the US just 3 terms behind his father George H. W. Bush.
With George W. Bush's victory in the 2000 election, he became the first son of a president to win the White House since J.Q.A., son of John Adams. Bush Jr. benefited from the example of his father as well as his grandfather, Prescott Bush, a widely respected U.S. senator. Bush was born on July 6, 1946 in Connecticut. The Sr. Bush graduated from Yale, then they set out for Texas hoping to make his fortune in the oil business. They settled in Midland, where young George had an untroubled childhood. After high school, George Jr also entered Yale University. A few months before his graduation, he entered the Texas Air National Guard where some critics contended that he signed up to avoid combat in Vietnam. Bush claimed he joined the Air National Guard mainly to become a fighter pilot just like his dad. He was commissioned as a second lieutenant. He did learn to fly fighter jets and went to guard training until his service was completed in 1973.

In conclusion, Prescott Bush, a widely respected U.S. senator, Daddy Bush as the 41st president of the US and George Jr the 43rd president each had an education which helped them become what they truly wanted to be. A True Leader.
